Cognita Business Bots offers a free 15-day trial with limited features. Businesses can access the free trial by contacting the website.
After the trial period, a monthly subscription fee is charged. The subscription is collected on a monthly basis.

Account Responsibility & Recovery

Businesses are responsible for maintaining the security of their account login credentials.
If the account is compromised, daily backups are available, and a new account will be created with the previous backup data restored to the new account.

Data & Privacy

All communication data between businesses and clients is securely stored by Cognita, the technology provider. Businesses are required to comply with Cognita’s privacy policy.

Liability Disclaimer

The Cognita platform is provided "as-is". Businesses should be aware that the platform relies on the stability of the underlying software and may experience occasional instability or temporary issues.
Cognita is not liable for any losses due to missed appointments caused by system failures, message delivery issues, or technical downtime.
